The community is located off Warner Avenue and backs to the Bolsa Chica Wetlands which has great trails for hiking and viewing local wildlife.
Cabo Del Mar is found near shopping, dining and the Bolsa Chica State Beach.
The community is gated and has a friendly beach feeling among the residents.
We personally have friends that live here in a 2 bedroom condo and it’s a great place to live in HB.
There Cabo Del Mar condos were built in 1983 and consist of 288 units ranging from Studios to 2 bedroom units.
The smallest floor plan in Cabo Del Mar is a studio with about 535 sq/ft of living space.
1 bedroom models are a little larger and offer 761 sq/ft of living space.
The larger floor plan is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo which offers from 923 sq/ft up to 1,100 sq/ft of living space.
All units in the complex have some sort of outdoor space whether it’s a patio or balcony.
Cabo Del Mar offers many amenities to it’s residents and guests including a Clubhouse, tennis, racquet ball, swimming pool and jacuzzi.
There are of course HOA fees that covers all of the amenities along with the water/sewer, trash and insurance for each condo in Cabo Del Mar.
This community is always kept very clean and has a safe vibe to it.
In addition residents are offered assigned underground parking and parking spots all over the community – parking is not an issue.
