If you are looking to buy a luxury home in HB, then Edwards Hill is worth considering.

People from all over Orange County (and California) move to this luxurious community for many reasons.

The community offers a total of 6 different tracts (detailed below), and an HOA maintains the streets of the communities.

Some areas have a low Mello-Roos tax (ask your agent for details on this or the HOA fees).

Over the years Edwards Hill has become known for its larger lot sizes and horse properties.

The area is definitely equestrian friendly and has horse trails throughout the community for residents to enjoy.

Location Location Location

Edwards Hill is located just east of the Seacliff area in HB and about 1 mile to the beach.

Though it is technically part of Seacliff, Edwards Hill is an area all to itself (and must be toured in person).

Residents also enjoy being near dog beach, shopping, restaurants, Main Street, and daily needs.

In addition the 405 freeway is 10 minutes away, and Beach Blvd and PCH is easily accessible.

Of course Newport Beach and Laguna Beach are just a short car ride away as well.
