The Huntington Pacific condominiums are located on the sand in downtown Huntington Beach.

Safe and Secure
The Huntington Pacific community is gated and secure.
The community also offers full time security staff 7 days a week, to ensure residents feel safe.
Residents have remote control access by car, or a passkey to use while on foot or bike.
Parking is secure in 3 different areas in the complex and covered parking is reserved for residents only.
Guest parking is available for overnight visitors and family.
There are 106 units at Huntington Pacific with a variety of floorplans to consider.
Not all condos feel small, and these beachfront condos are actually quite spacious once inside.
The options include a studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms, and the larger 3 bedroom unit.

As a whole the layouts are inviting and big enough, considering you’re living on the beach.
Unfortunately HOA Fees are just part of life when you live in a condo community.
These HB beachfront condos on PCH do have a monthly HOA fee, but it’s worth it to live her.
The neighbors we spoke with, said the HOA and community is amazing.
The exterior of the buildings has been updated many times over the years.
Some of these condos at Huntington Pacific have individual laundry hook ups, those that don’t use common laundry on 3rd floor.

There is an HOA fee (check with agent for current price) that varies depending on which floor plan you have.
