Buying a townhome in HB is expensive and a big decision so plan ahead.

Do you have kids, or do you plan to in the near future? If so think about layout and sq ft that yo uneed.

La Cuesta Racquet Club was built in 1975 and offers 140 attached townhomes – but with a private vibe.

The La Cuesta Racquet Club is only 2 story townhomes.

There are a few configurations though, all with 3 bedrooms (again making affordable for a family).

The townhome floorplans range from a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with about 1,500 sq/ft of living space –

to a 3 bedroom / 2.5 with 1800 sq/ft of space.

Each unit has an attached 2 car garage (great for bikes, surfboards, etc.).

Also the units offer laundry areas and large outdoor patios to enjoy the California sunshine here in HB.

If these options sound good, but you want a water view condo, we can help with that also.
