Attached garages are hard to find in Huntington Beach when buying a townhome, and these have space in driveways for guests.
All condo and townhome communities have HOA fees, Yorktown is no different.
But the neighbors we spoke to said the HOA is easy to deal with and proactive.
The amenities in Landmark Yorktown offer residents a heated swimming pool and spa, BBQ zone, a clubhouse and a lot of greenbelts in the community.
The HOA fees are about $435 a month (check with agent for current price) and includes the stuff listed ablove.
In addition the fees cover water, trash/sewer, fire insurance and the maintenance of the community grounds.
