I’ve been to a friends townhome here before and the whole area is beautiful.
Mystic Pointe Townhomes are a nice, classy community located in the Seacliff area (in HB) just inside of the The Boardwalk community.
The residents here are friendly and inviting, making it great for families.
Residents enjoy being just walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown Huntington Beach.
The Seacliff Shopping Plaza is close by and ideal for daily needs and shopping, dining, banks, etc.
Obviously being near downtown offers dog beach, Main Street, and the Pacific Ocean….
Another advantage of these townhomes is easy commute access – close to 405 and 55 freeway.
It’s hard to beat living near the ocean, with a short drive to Newport Beach.
If you want a great location and a newer townhome community, HB offers that also.
Picking the best floor plan for your needs is crucial to a good purchase.
If you have children (or plan to), or if you have trouble with stairs, etc., discuss all of that with your agent.
The Mystic Pointe Townhomes were built in the early 2000’s and offers a total of 65 townhomes.
The community was built by Lennar Homes and has three unique floor plans that range from 1,881-2,258 sq/ft.
The “Everything’s Included” feature includes GE Profile appliances and refrigerators, granite counters in kitchen.
Residents here also enjoy glamorous jetted master tubs and elegant stone tile entries – just amazing work.
The streets that make up Mystic Pointe are Pacific Pointe Dr and Seabourne Dr.
Ask your realtor about current HOA fees here at Mystic Pointe.
Like all the other well cared for communities in HB, these townhouses do come with HOA dues.
The on-site amenities at Mystic Pointe include a community pool, spa, and several BBQ areas to enjoy the Cali weather.
The grounds are well kept, as is the parking areas and overall shared space.
The HOA dues also cover the common area maintenance, trash, water/sewer, and insurance for each unit.
If you want to buy a property in Huntington close to the ocean, then Mystic Pointe is a “must see”.
