Obviously being near downtown offers dog beach, Main Street, and the Pacific Ocean….
Another advantage of these townhomes is easy commute access – close to 405 and 55 freeway.
It’s hard to beat living near the ocean, with a short drive to Newport Beach.
Picking the best floor plan for your needs is crucial to a good purchase.
