Residents here enjoy both 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums to choose from.

The smaller unit is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with about 860 square feet, plus a balcony.

The 1 bedroom does feel like a larger condo though, a must see option.

The larger option for condo buyers is a 2 bedroom condo with 2.5 bathrooms and about 1340 sq ft (with 2 balconies).

A unique feature with these condos is that there are combination floorplans that combine the 1 and 2 bd configurations.

There are 130 units that are built with the ocean and views in mind.

Each unit offers ocean and white water views, not to mention some have views of HB Pier.

And each of these condo homes has laundry hook ups inside, ideal for a stackable unit.

Residents here enjoy lush green gardens, outdoor water feature, indoor gym, an indoor lounge and a clubhouse with full kitchen.

Buying a condo here also offer residents a nice salt water pool that is also maintained and offers ocean views.

Pets are allowed with some restrictions (ask your agent for details) and some condos have a fireplace.

The parking area is underground and restricted with a security guard at the main entry 7 days a week.

My favorite part is the balconies offer outdoor storage and a peaceful little space outside.
