This community is tucked away on Oceanport Lane, Shoreline Lane, Seastar Drive in a private gated community in the 92648 zip code.
There are two entrances to the community, but guests must use the Main Street entrance (with the call box).
Buying a condo in HB is a big commitment, so don’t take it lightly.
Owning a condo that’s central in HB is great because you are near shopping, great schools, and entertainment.
In addition you’ll find Albertson’s, B of A, Starbucks, and fast food close by.
Residents have 1 car garages and some of the condo buildings also have assigned parking spaces in front of their garages.
The condos at Pier Pointe were built in 1980, but don’t feel outdated.
The Spanish tile roofs and well cared for buildings offer a modern vibe.
The monthly fees are set between approx $332 to $432 (ask agent for current prices) depending on # of bedrooms and square ft.
Don’t be discouraged by the high HOA fees, as this community is well worth it (even neighbors we spoke to agree).
The HOA dues include water, trash, sewer, earthquake and fire insurance, and overall landscape.
There are 160 units throughout the community and each three story building holds 8 units.
Each building offers a laundry room for residents.
After asking the HOA, some homeowners added built-in laundry hook ups inside their condo for a stackable washer and dryer.
Also the grounds have greenbelts and older trees to offer an established neighborhood feel.
The sidewalks are safe, with in ground lighting for the evening hours.
Residents enjoy a large swimming pool and spa, along with a tennis court and clubhouse to host gatherings.
There are 1 and 2 bedroom condos here which is ideal for the single person or small family.
Both options have open floor plans making them feel very spacious.
Choosing the right flool plan can sometimes make a buyer completely happy with their purchase.
Some condos here are single level with entries either on the top or ground floor.
But other condos are a 2 story design with living space on the bottom floor and an interior staircase.
The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plan has square footage in the 700 range.
The master bedroom and bathroom in the 1 bedroom units are spacious.
The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom models comes in a variety of layouts from 1,050 – 1,250 square feet.
