Sand Castle Estate Floorplans
Once you decide you are going to buy a HB home, then you need to start thinking about details.
One of those crucial details is the layout and floorplan that you prefer.
Having children, or lots of possessions (and need for storage space) can affect your choices.
The homes here range from a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath with about 2362 of space –
to a 5 bedroom / 3 bath with almost 3100 sq/ft of space.
The 4 different Sand Castle Estates floor plans are listed below –
- Plan 300 – Model A – 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath – 2362 sq/ft – 3 Car Garage
- Plan 400 – Model B – 4 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath – 2664 sq/ft – 3 Car Garage
- Plan 450 – Model C – 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath – 2814 sq/ft – 3 Car Garage
- Plan 500 – Model D – 5 Bedroom / 3 Bath – 3100 sq/ft – 3 Car Garage
HOA Fees / Amenities
Unfortunately Sand Castle Estates doesn’t have amenities for its residents except for the gated entry/exit and the common areas landscaping.
In spite of that fact, it does have a monthly HOA fee of $100 a month (check with agent for current fees).
The HOA fee basically pays for having a top notch location in downtown HB, within the privacy of a gated community.
Don’t let the minor HOA fees discourage you if you want to buy an home near downtown Huntington Beach.
Most neighbors and reviews we’ve talked to said the HOA is not abusive or annoying.
