The floor plans vary from a 1 bedroom / 1 bath with 500 sq/ft  –

up to a 3 bedroom with 2 baths and 1550 sq/ft of living space.

A great thing to mention is that all units in the complex have some sort of outdoor living space – a patio or balcony.

Although the community is divided into two different sections, there is just one HOA Board to deal with.

Parking for residents at Seabridge Village is no problem and will vary depending on the floor plan –

because some condos have subterranean parking, but others have attached garages which are great for storage (bikes, surfboards, etc).

The Seabridge Village Townhomes offers  multiple swimming pools and spas, a clubhouse and 4 tennis courts and a racquetball court.

Seabridge Villas also offers a clubhouse, pool and a gym for all residents to enjoy and stay in shape.

The community does have 2 HOA fees (of course) that are due monthly, but vary depending on which section you live in.

The first HOA fee is $40/month (the same for all owners) and covers the guarded gates, Seabridge tennis courts and Seabridge lane.

Seabridge Village Townhomes has HOA fees from $456-516/month which includes all of the amenities above as well as the water/sewer, trash and insurance for the property.

Seabridge Villas HOA fee ranges between $209-$450/month and covers normal amenities and water/sewer, trash and insurance for the property.
