The units at Seagate are considered to be some of the best in HB for the money.
The Seagate Townhomes is a very private community located in the Huntington Harbour in NW Huntington Beach -closer to Sunset Beach
Residents here enjoy a quiet and family style vibe off west Edinger Ave near the entrance of Trinidad Island.
Buying a condo here offers easy freeway access to the 22 and 405, along with PCH, Beach Blvd and Warner Ave.
This side of town is a lot quieter than downtown HB and Main Street, but it’s just about 6 miles away, and about 1.5 miles to the beach.
Living near Huntington Harbour provides a whole different energy than the rest of HB and if you want to live in luxury then Seagate could be a fit for you.
If you are considering a 55 and over community HB offers that also.
The Seagate Townhomes were built in the 1970’s and offer a total of 338 individual townhomes to compare.
The floor plans at Seagate ranges from a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath with about 1826 sq/ft of space
to a 4 bedroom / 3 bath with nearly 2050 sq/ft.
The 4 bedroom units feel very spacious inside as over 2000 sq ft is pretty big, especially in HB – great for families.
Depending on what size unit you buy at Seagate Townhomes, Lagoon or Harbour views are beautiful.
Also residents get subterranean or garage parking and a private boat dock for those that enjoy the water sports.
Buying into a townhouse or condo community does involve HOA fees and Seagate is no different.
Seagate Townhomes has amenities that include 2 clubhouses, two pools, a spa and six tennis courts.
In addition a private yacht club (available with separate membership) is offered and trust us it’s a rare option.
There is a monthly HOA fee (ask agent for prices) at the community which covers all of the amenities above and –
the water, trash, fire insurance and common aresa maintenance for each unit.
