Seascape offers the best value for buying a condo in Huntington Harbour.
Condos were built in the 1970’s and offer a resort type feeling with good lighting, paved walkways and nicely kept landscaping.
Found right across the street from the Huntington Harbour mall – which offer B of A, Chase Bank, Trader Joes, Red Table, UPS store and more.
We have friends that live here and the community is very quiet with tons of parking for residents and guests.
And from what the neighbors tell us it’s a good mix of owners and renters, so the community does have a “sense of pride” due to good owners.

Located in the 92649 zip code, and just 1 mile from the beach, these condos are very appealing to home buyers.
There are literally 20 bars and restaurants all in bike riding distance (1 – 3 miles) which is a huge plus.
Residents here also have easy access to 22 freeway, the 405, Warner Ave. and of course PCH.
If you are serious about buying a condo in HB then you definitely want to consider these units.
The immediate area is very quiet and family friendly, with great local schools and parks close by.
Bolsa Chica Wetlands are just a 1/2 mile away for nature walks or good exercise.
Literally this community is the last stop before you hit $ Million homes in Huntington Harbour.
Living near homes over a $million will only help your own home value.
The HOA fees are about $300 per month (check with your agent) and that includes pool and spa, tennis courts, and overall grounds that are kept nice.
The HOA can be silly about stuff like getting Direct TV installed, as we know people who had to get approval, but not surprising.
Overall though these Huntington Harbour units are great, but always research any HOA before buying a property.
The community clubhouse is available for residents to rent by the day for B day parties or whatever.
The clubhouse has a kitchen, 2 stories with plenty of room, ping pong table and opens up to jacuzzi area.
One great thing is all the units have an attached garage with laundry hook ups.
Overall this a great community to live in if you want to own a condo in Huntington Harbour.
The Seascape community offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom townhome / condos that all offer parking and an attached garage.
The 1 bedrooms –
are small, but they offer a patio or balcony and lots of storage place.
There aren’t many 1 bedrooms in Seascape so you might have to be patient to find one to buy.
The 2 bedrooms –
are roughly 1000 sq ft and offer the 2 bedrooms upstairs for maximum use of space.
In addition the 2 bedrooms offer 2 patios (front and back on downstairs) and 2 balconies, one on each bedrooms upstairs.
I’d say that the 2 bedroom listings are the best deal overall without paying extra for a 3rd bedroom you might not need.
The 1 and 2 bedroom options have a 1 car attached garage.
The 3 bedroom –
units offer a 2 car attached garage and more living space (ideal for small family).
In addition the larger 3 bedroom has a Huge balcony that is great for enjoying the HB weather.
The only downside to these condo / townhomes is that the kitchens are very small and tight, like being on a boat..
Pricing has seen some ups and downs over the past 15 years at Seascape.
But with the community located just 1 mile to the ocean, ultimately people want to live here.
